18-year-old in serious condition following shooting in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police are investigating Monday afternoon shooting that has left a teenager hospitalized.

Police say an 18-year-old male was brought to Buffalo General hospital by a civilian vehicle with several gunshot wounds around 2 p.m. Monday.

He was then rushed by ambulance to ECMC where he remains in serious condition.

Investigators believe the shooting took place in the 100 block of Timon Street and that the victim was shot while inside his car.
