BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo woman is facing a murder charge in a death that occurred on Monday. 18-year-old Evelyn Soto was arraigned on one count of Murder in the Second Degree.
Soto is accused of killing 23-year-old Luis Alicea on Ivy Street in Buffalo. Buffalo Police say the victim died from blunt force trauma, having been struck with a metal object.
Soto faces 25 years to life in prison if she is convicted. She is due back in court for a felony hearing on Monday.
