ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) — An Orchard Park teen is in critical condition at ECMC after he was he was hit by a car Sunday evening.
According to Orchard Park Police, the accident happened on Southwestern Blvd between Orchard Park Rd and Milestrip Rd Sunday evening after 9 p.m.
The teenager was hit by a truck delivery driver, who police say stayed on scene and was cooperative.
Orchard Park Police said an investigation showed that the 16 year-old was riding a skateboard in the lane of travel heading westbound, when he was hit by the westbound truck.
The crash is till under investigation.
