BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo fire officials say 11 adults are being assisted by the Red Cross, and a firefighter is hurt battling a fire on Woodlawn Avenue in Buffalo, Wednesday morning.
Investigators say the two-alarm fire started at a vacant building at 517 Woodlawn Avenue around 11 a.m., causing $100,000 in damage.
Authorities say the fire spread to three nearby homes, causing a combined $225,000 in damage.
Officials say the firefighter is battling non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
