Masten's Little Free Libraries hosted a backpack giveaway today to give students the tools they need for back-to-school.
Today, Councilman Ulysees O. Wingo, Sr. lead the Masten District Backpack giveaway at MLK Park's Little Library from noon to 2 p.m.
Wingo says the purpose of Little Libraries is to strengthen the community, promote civic engagement, and give students the tools they need to succeed.
