A limo driver involved in a crash that killed four people, including a SUNY Buffalo State graduate, has now been indicted on negligent homicide charges.

That limo, driven by 58-year-old Carlos Pino, was leaving a winery downstate when it was hit by a pickup trick while making a U-turn last July.

Prosecutors say Pino's sight was blocked by a car that was turning in front of him and that Pino is solely responsible for the crash.

One of those four killed was 23-year-old Stephanie Belli. She graduated from SUNY Buffalo State back in 2012.

Pino has pleaded not guilty.

The driver of the pickup truck that hit the limo, Steven Romeo, is charged with drunk driving. His attorney says Romeo was not intoxicated.
