The Lexington Co-op is making headway on its new location on Hertel Avenue.
According to the co-op's website, the red brick exterior is mostly up and work on the roof continues.
The next step in the construction process is pouring a new foundation for the building. As part of this next phase, the co-op's leaders is asking its customers, community and owners to write notes of their hopes, wishes and advice that will be laid in the foundation.
