Do you live in Lewiston and think you've got a great garden? The Lewiston GardenFest is currently accepting applications for you to open up your garden to visitors during this year's event.

The 13th annual GardenFest is set for Saturday, June 16 and Sunday, June 17, 2018.

The event is a fundraiser for the Lewiston Garden Club, and all of the proceeds go back into beautification and garden projects throughout the local community.

Lewiston residents who are interested in showcasing their own gardens or just a particular section of their yard, are encouraged to be part of this year's open gardens. Festival attendees can view the participating gardens only when the "Open Garden" sign is in place between 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Lewiston GardenFest weekend.

"Open Garden" applications are due by May 5. You can download a form here.

The festival is also looking for businesses and vendors who sell items related to gardening, horticulture and the outdoors to apply to be vendors. This includes nurseries, landscapers, garden artists, builders, and others.

Vendor applications are due by May 1 and can be downloaded here.

The application fee varies from $125 - $225 based on the size of the vendor display.
