New research is confirming what most moms already know.
A new study from Georgia Southern University found less than half of women who have children in the house get enough sleep.
Forty-eight-percent of women with children reported getting at least at least seven hours of sleep, compared with sixty-two-percent of women without kids.
To make the most of your sleep, experts recommend establishing a regular time to go to bed with your kids.
The also suggest limiting the use of electronic screen for at least an hour before bed time.
Experts also say making your sleep environment more relaxing can help.
And when it comes to men, education is what makes the difference when it comes to sleep.
The study says that men who have less than a high school education are more likely to not get enough sleep than men who have a college education.
