Talking about slick roads is easy when you're inside. It's different story for anyone outside.
Main Street in the Village Cattaraugus is notorious for being extra slick when the snowflakes are falling. Thursday night, the snow was falling at a furious rate.
It's a steep hill and the brick doesn't make anything any easier. Inside the Restyle Hair Salon, Rebecca Ellis, could only watch when the road was extra icy.
“A bus was sliding and tractor trailer was didn't make it, so it stopped and then we had a traffic jam,” said Ellis.

The slowdown was quite the spectacle for people watching, inside. But, it wasn’t too enjoyable for anyone caught in it. A half hour went by before a plow truck could clear the road.
