State police stopped a vehicle on I-190 for multiple traffic violations early Sunday morning.
The driver of the vehicle, Jill T. Sutton, 34, of Lackawanna, NY, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana.
Police say her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19%.
She was subsequently charged with aggravated DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, as well as multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
Sutton was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets.
