Two creative kids went out of their way to thank the police officers in their village.

These candy filled "survival kits" were dropped of by Savannah, Olivia and their mom, Karen, to the Depew Police station as a way to say "thank you" for everything the department does for their community.

Each kit comes with nine different treats, each with their own sweet message.

The department shared the gesture on their Facebook page, saying, "We thank you very much for this generous and creative display of appreciation for the officers of this department!"
