The Kenmore Police Department is the latest agency to issue a warning about people posing as utility workers to invade homes.
Police say there is someone or a group of individuals pretending to be public service workers using excuses to gain entry into private homes.
7 Eyewitness News reporter Paola Suro spoke with a man on Monday who was the target of an attempted home invasion.
Officers say if someone comes to your door, unsolicited, call the Kenmore Police Department at 875-1234 or dial 911. Police will then confirm the persons identity or credentials.
