A juvenile pedestrian is in the hospital after being struck by a car in the Town of Tonawanda.
Police say the accident happened near Sheridan Drive and Military Road around 3:30 p.m. The road was closed for a short time after the accident and has since reopened.
The juvenile was taken to Oishei Children's Hospital with a possible head injury.
Investigators say the driver showed no sign of intoxication.
The investigation is ongoing.
