Gabriele Ballowe and her team arrived back at Erie County Court for a pre-trial meeting connected to the controversial hit and run that killed Barry Moss in the Town of Evans in December 2013.
However, due to delays in discovery at the hands of Evans Police, the prosecution said they are not ready to proceed yet. Hon. Judge Christopher Burns scheduled another pre-trial meeting for September 27th, at 9:30 AM. He also announced the jury selection process will begin on October 17th.
