Erie County prosecutors returned a guilty verdict against 36-year-old Robert Healy of Buffalo for three counts of Rape, two counts of Criminal Sexual Act, and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Prosecutors say Healy engaged in sexual intercourse with a minor under the age of 15 from June 2014 through May 2015.
Healy is facing a maximum of 20 years in prison when he is sentenced by on June 15.
