The Residential RN provides medical case management for people with developmental disabilities living in community based homes. The Residential RN also educates and oversees the completion of delegated nursing tasks completed by staff.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
•Interdisciplinary team participation
•Medication review and nursing assessment
•Delegation and follow up for nursing tasks
•Staff education and monitoring related to medication administration
Our ideal RN candidate will have:
•Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse
•Current NYS Driver’s license
•Ability to travel to various People Inc. locations.
