Job Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, and /or health-related major required.
•Four (4) years of data or analysis experience along with managing and coordinating the processes is required. Healthcare or Pharmacy experience preferred.
•SQL experience required.
•Experience with industry standard file formatting (such as, but not limited to, EDI and sFTP) required.
•Experience with CPR+, SSRS and supporting programs strongly preferred.
•Strong problem solving, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
•Proven well organized capabilities and strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•Experience with Word and other MS Office products; advanced Excel knowledge required.
•Ability to work with, manipulate and synthesize large datasets for analysis, performance measuring, key insights and presentation.
•Linux and Windows based website experience preferred.
•Effectively handle shifting assignment and priorities to meet deadlines.
•Proven examples of displaying the Reliance Rx values: Passionate, Caring, Respectful, Collaborative and Accountable.
