Job Description : The Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the on-going reporting needs of both internal and external customers are met. This is including, but not limited to, designs, builds, tests and validation of new or existing reports through data research and analysis. The Data and Reporting Analyst will develop and maintain both ad-hoc and scheduled reports to support internal business functions and to satisfy client needs. The Data and Reporting Analyst will use current client and potential client data to calculate performance and analyze trends. This associate will serve as the technical liaison between the various internal business units, trading partners, vendors, privacy/security, and other departments and management as necessary.
Job Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, and /or health-related major required.
•Four (4) years of data or analysis experience along with managing and coordinating the processes is required. Healthcare or Pharmacy experience preferred.
•SQL experience required.
•Experience with industry standard file formatting (such as, but not limited to, EDI and sFTP) required.
•Experience with CPR+, SSRS and supporting programs strongly preferred.
•Strong problem solving, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
•Proven well organized capabilities and strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•Experience with Word and other MS Office products; advanced Excel knowledge required.
•Ability to work with, manipulate and synthesize large datasets for analysis, performance measuring, key insights and presentation.
•Linux and Windows based website experience preferred.
•Effectively handle shifting assignment and priorities to meet deadlines.
