Job Title : Client Services Coordinator 
Job Type : Full Time      
Job Description : 
1.      Provide professional and service-oriented telephone reception
2.      Provide excellent customer service and responsive communication to clients, ensuring needs & requests are successfully communicated to appropriate Labs globally
3.      Develop & maintain professional and excellent working relationships with clients
4.      Maintain up to date client, sample status and Program information
5.      Coordinate and monitor the on-time delivery of services to Clients
6.      Act as designated back-ups for team members and their primary duties, as assigned
7.      Process all work within designated timeframes & according to established Work Instructions and SOP’s
8.      Attend technical training sessions, remain current on global regulations and retain knowledge of international standards, regulations and client specifications, as assigned
9.      Develop & maintain professional and effective working relationships with Global Business Development, Client Services & Laboratory teams
10.     Abide by the requirements of the Management System
11.     Provide other assistance as needed in the growth and development of company    

Job Qualifications :
1.      Client service mentality and the ability to recognize issues and bring to management for discussion
2.      Ability to assess, organize, prioritize workload, and seek assistance when needed
3.      Ability to schedule and monitor appropriate follow up with clients and internal teams
4.      Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, learn quickly, and seek new assignments, pay attention to details, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team based environment 
5.      Quality minded with high attention to detail and accuracy
6.      Technically oriented and able to learn and retain knowledge of international standards, regulations and client specifications 
7.      Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, with internal and external clients, on a variety of service related and technical issues
8.      Proven interpersonal skills; ability to develop and successfully build internal and external client relationships
9.      Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn & effectively use AIMS
10.     Ability to travel domestically as needed

-       BA/BS in relevant field and 2+years work experience preferred
