A grand jury has indicted 51- year old Allen Witruke with two counts of second degree murder in the stabbing deaths of his wife and stepson.
Catherine Witruke, 52 and Eric Washburn, 34, were both pronounced dead in the Barrows Street home they shared with Allen Witruke in Jamestown in December of 2015.
Witruke has been in custody since December, when he was caught in Olean.
