Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies have been looking for 37-year-old John Hillman for several months and now he's in custody.
Hillman the Jamestown man wanted for his involvement in car crash in Frewsberg that killed 39-year-old Chalise Hebner of Pittsfield in December of last year. Deputies took Hillman into custody at his home shortly before 6 Thursday night without incident.
Hillman was arraigned on charges of criminally negligent homicide and sent to the county jail without bail.
