Jamestown man arrested after Sunday morning crash

Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Jamestown man after responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 430, in the Town of Mina. It happened around 3:16 a.m. Sunday morning.

Upon arriving, deputies observed Christopher Jones, 22, lost control of the vehicle, struck several trees and overturned the vehicle. 

A passenger was sent to Hamot Medical Center, sustaining serious injuries from the accident. Jones was charged with felony vehicular assault and aggravated DWI when he blew over twice the legal limit, officials say. 

He's being held in Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
