Local Restaurant week has started with 200 local participating restaurants all offering something on their menus for $20.16.

"They're all over western New York from Niagara Falls all the way down to Ellicotville and over to Corfu and of course all the great restaurants downtown" said Christa Hobart the event coordinator for Local Restaurant Week. "We've got 16 new restaurants participating for the first time."
It depends on the restaurant but you have the possibility of participating in Local Restaurant Week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The three restaurants serving breakfast include Milos, Family Tree and Uncle Joe's Diner.

"Chicken soulvaki breakfast and steak soulvaki are on the menu here for breakfast," said Ray Kollidas the owner of Milos at 5877 Main Street in the Village of Williamsville. "Everything that we use here is local and fresh made. Our potatoes are fresh we peel them, boil them and fry them. Our eggs are locally sourced and we just make our food with fresh local ingredients."
