A Deputy from the Erie County Sheriff's office reports a vehicle was stopped on Route 33 for vehicle and traffic violations just after 3 a.m. Friday morning.
Through an initial test, it was determined Chris Henry, 41 of Buffalo, BAC was twice the legal limit.
Further investigation led the deputy to find Henry's license was revoked due to 16 previous suspensions.
He's charged with DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle.
Henry is held at Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment.
