Amherst Police continue to investigate a bank robbery that occurred on Sheridan Drive Thursday afternoon. Around 3 p.m., the suspect entered Citizens Bank with a note demanding money and left with an unknown amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a clean shaven, pock-marked face, white male between the ages of 25-30. He's believed to have a slim build around 160lbs and between 5'07" and 5'8" in height. He was last seen leaving the bank in a hooded, dark gray puffy coat, black jeans and a black backpack.
