Buffalo Crime Stoppers are offering up to $1000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of a wanted man from Niagara Falls.
Ryan Smith is on parole for burglary, robbery, kidnapping, criminal use of a firearm and assault.
Police reports say Smith broke into several homes and robbed those inside at gunpoint. He also duct taped a victim and threw her in a basement.
Because of his criminal history, Smith should be considered armed and dangerous.
