A 19 year-old City of Tonawanda man is facing multiple charges after driving into a ditch.
Nicholas Carson is facing DWI charges after driving off the road on Hackett Drive and into a ditch near the CSX railroad crossing. Carson told officers, "I was not drinking," despite blowing a .19 BAC, more than two times the legal limit.
Carson is facing charges of DWI, aggravated DWI and failure to keep right. He was uninjured in the crash and held on 250 dollars bail.
