BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — As many Western New Yorkers know, on Wednesday the Buffalo Catholic Diocese selected the reporters it allowed to attend Bishop Richard Malone’s news conference. Our I-Team Chief Investigator Charlie Specht, whose investigative story led to that news conference, was not allowed in the building to ask a question on behalf of the public.
