The discovery of male skeletal remains in Chautauqua County is being investigated by the sheriff's office.
Hunters in the Boutwell Hill State Forest made the discovery around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Chautauqua County Sheriff Joe Gerace tells 7 Eyewitness News the office is waiting for medical records to make a positive ID. No foul play is suspected.
No other information has been provided, and the investigation is ongoing.
