An East Aurora man now faces reckless endangerment charges after police say he shot a house in the Town of Arcade while hunting.
Police say 44-year-old Gregory Messing was hunting in an area west of Michigan Road. When he shot his rifle in an attempt to hit a deer, he missed, striking the home, which was over 1,700 feet from his location.
Messing was given appearance tickets in Arcade Town Court.
