New York State Police are investigating the discovery of human remains that are believed to be 100-years-old.
On April 13, Police were called out to State Route 83 in the Town of Cherry Creek in regards to human remains. Police say the owner of the property was completing ground work on the property and made the discovery.
The human remains were dated by an Anthropologist to be about 100-years-old with no signs of trauma.
