WKBW is everywhere, now even on your Amazon Alexa device.

If you have an Alexa device in your home, you can sign up and get our "716 in 2 minutes" updates whenever is most convenient for you!

WHAT IS IT?

The 716 in 2 minutes runs down the most recent headlines and your 7 First Alert forecast, updated throughout the day and available on demand.

If you've tried our briefing before, this is all new -- with our 7 Eyewitness news anchors now bringing you today's top headlines.

HOW DO I GET IT?

There's an initial set-up process that you'll need to go through once, but once it's setup, just say "Hey Alexa, what's the news?"

To add WKBW flash briefings to your Alexa devices, follow these steps:

  • Open the Alexa app on your phone
  • Choose settings (the gear button in the bottom right corner)
  • Choose "Flash Briefing" under "Alexa Preferences"
  • Choose "Get more Flash Briefing content"
  • Search for WKBW, and enable the skill

That's it! Once the skill is enabled, just ask Alexa for the news to get the latest headlines and forecast.
