How much can you save at Bon-Ton right now?

A nationwide liquidation sale began today at all Bon-Ton locations and affiliated department stores as the bankrupt company moves toward turning the lights out for good.

The liquidation sales will last 10 to 12 weeks or until all merchandise has been sold, according to the company. That would put the last day for stores in mid to late July. 

While gift cards are still being accepted, shoppers can no longer use any coupons or a Bon-Ton-branded credit card. 

While prices may vary inside Bon-Ton's seven locations in Western New York, a quick search of its website showed items for sale online are currently marked down by 20 percent. Purchases of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
