A new study shows drinking four eight-ounce cups of coffee per day has no health effect on adults. The researchers were looking at the impact certain caffeine levels had on people. They published their work in Food and Chemical Toxicology.
The researchers also found that caffeine intakes from drinks are higher than they were a decade ago, and that 90% of people drink less thank four cups per day.
