A special ceremony will be held Friday on Buffalo's East Side.
The grand opening of the "Hope Gardens Apartments" will be held today at 10 a.m. at 58 Oberlin Street.
Hope Gardens is a housing program that helps women who've experienced chronic homelessness.
The building will serve around 20 women at a time.
The new building will be open throughout the day Friday for visitors to tour.
