NYS Assemblyman Sean Ryan will announce state funding for the Jewish Family Service of Buffalo and Erie County.
The total funding statewide is $240,000. The Jewish Family Service will receive $25,000.
Reps say the funding will be used to expand services for Holocaust survivors in Western New York.
Ryan will speak at 12 noon today at the Temple Beth Zion Auditorium on Delaware Avenue. He will be joined by the CEO of Jewish Family Service of Buffalo and Erie County, the Executive Director of the Holocaust Resource Center of Buffalo, and a Holocaust survivor.
