BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - MASH Urgent Care and UBMD Pediatrics are coming together to enhance emergency room care.
The partnership, called Children's Fast Track, is the first of its kind and in Western New York, bringing exclusive access to emergency room doctors and specialists from Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo to an urgent care setting.
"We're thrilled to partner with UBMD Pediatrics to provide Western New York families with access to best-in-class doctors and pediatrics specialists, all with the quick, individual attention they receive at MASH Urgent Care--a combination of services found nowhere else," said Dr. Mark Pundt, CEO of MASH Urgent Care.
Children's Fast Track provides emergency room-quality care to infants, toddlers, young children and adolescents.
Doctors and specialists are available every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., including holidays, at MASH Urgent Care, located at 3245 Southwestern Boulevard in Orchard Park.
"With Children's Fast Track, we offer access to our state-of-the-art pediatric services," said Dr. Teresa Quattrin, President of UBMD Pediatrics and Pediatrician-in-Chief at Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo. "Our pediatric providers have full access to pediatric subspecialists. This is especially important in the summer months when we see an increase in children's injuries."
