Healthcare providers establish call center for CCS Oncology patients

Three healthcare providers in Western New York have established a call center to assist patients following a potential disruption of care at CCS Oncology.

Catholic Health, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and Buffalo Medical Group are working together to make sure that cancer patients have access to care and other services at this time.

Patients needing care, or who are now looking for alternative providers or cancer treatment services, can call (716) 706-2100 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. A representative will help patients by providing options for where to go to maintain the cancer care they are receiving, or to access to primary care services.
