Police closed down a portion of Route 5 in Irving Tuesday morning around 8:30 after two cars collided near the casino.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office tells us one passenger was flown to ECMC. She died shortly after arriving at the hospital. Two other people were taken to ECMC via Mercy Flight.
No word on their conditions.
The investigation into the crash continues.
So far, no names have been released.
