Hamburg will soon have a new billboard in support of Rep. Chris Collins (R-NY). It will be displayed starting next Monday for a week at 4536 Big Tree Road.

That’s the same location where an anti-Collins billboard appeared last month. That billboard was organized by “Citizens Against Collins” with a GoFundMe account after Collins refused to hold a town hall meeting. It said, “Where’s Chris Collins? Western New York would like a word. Host a town Hall Meeting.”

The new pro-Collins sign was also funded with a GoFundMe page. It was organized by Michael Caputo, of East Aurora.

"Sixty-seven percent of constituents in New York's 27th Congressional District voted overwhelmingly to re-elect Rep. Chris Collins just a few months ago. Our simple and direct billboard thanks our congressman for a job well done," said Caputo.
