A 20-year-old Buffalo man now faces up to four years in prison after a deadly car crash last summer.
Jamar Sales pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide in NYS Supreme Court in Buffalo Tuesday.
On August 20th last year, police say he drove his car at a high rate of speed through a red light at Masten Avenue and Northampton Street, crashing into another vehicle and killing the driver, 72-year-old Sylvia deRosas.
Sales will be sentenced by Justice Russell Buscaglia on November 22nd.
