Grand Island couple, Sammy Abdellatif and Brittany Ashley-Graser, have now plead guilty to an attack on an Erie County Deputy.
23-year-old Abdellatif plead guilty to attempted murder and 22-year-old Ashley-Graser plead guilty to assault, both in the second degree.
Abdellatif faces 25 years in prison when he is sentenced on October 24th. Ashley-Graser faces seven, when sentenced on October 31st.
Prosecutors say the couple attacked the deputy at a traffic stop. Officials says they attempted to kill the deputy by choking him.
