A 27-year-old Gowanda man was arrested after police say they found an active meth lab inside his home.
As part of an ongoing investigation into illegal narcotic sales in the Village of Gowanda, police from multiple agencies executed a search warrant at a home on Broadway Road near Palmer Street on Monday, September 5.
Gowanda police say state crime scene emergency responders helped officers collect evidence.
Dennis G. Mitchell was arrested on one count of unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and arraigned in the Town of Persia Court.
Mitchell is being held at the Cattaraugus County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.
