After a lengthy investigation, Gowanda resident Reginald Irion, 56, was charged Friday with the third degree crimes of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Mr. Irion was arraigned in the Town of Persia Court with bail set at $5,000; he was then taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
