On January 1, Governor Andrew Cuomo will deliver two inaugural addresses: the first at noon from One World Trade Center in New York City and the second at 4:30 p.m. from the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society in Buffalo.
Governor Cuomo and Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul will be officially sworn in on New Year's Eve at the Governor's Mansion in Albany.
