Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced today that flags on state government buildings will be flown at half-staff on Sunday, in remembrance of the 15th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.

"As we honor the memory of nearly 3,000 individuals taken from us on that tragic day, let us not forget the members of the U.S. Armed Forces who continue to fight for our safety and our freedom - protecting our family, friends and neighbors, both in the U.S. and across the globe," Cuomo said.
