A three year-old girl is recovering after she was hit by a loose tire in Buffalo.
Police say the girl was waiting for her school bus at Bailey and Dorris about 8:30 Monday morning when the front tire from a passing car flew off the vehicle and struck her.
The child was taken to Women and Children's Hospital for treatment.
