If you're not running, Buffalo Police and race organizers are suggesting you steer clear of the Parkside Neighborhood and Delaware Park. The race kicks off at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday evening. It weaves through Amherst Street, Delaware Avenue, loops around Gates Circle and comes back around Delaware Avenue again. Parts of Nottingham and Middlesex will also be affected.
The most runners are coming from Wegmans with 620 race entrants, Ingram Micro with 518, Kaleida Health with 408 and Buffalo Public Schools with 366.
