The Establishment is a unique learning initiative and business started by Mass Mutual to teach millennials about different financial plans.

"We specialize in financial educational courses for young professionals," said Marissa Dinello the director of marketing.
Classes like Wine & Investing 101 and Mimosas & Money are laid back giving you a chance to ask any questions you need in a warm environment.

"I'm a native Buffalonian. I see my children growing up as millennials and there's a huge gap in knowledge and competency in making financial decisions," said Joe Dileo the CEO of Mass Mutual. "We did a number of focus groups and talked to young people about, if we opened a cool place to learn about financial decisions would you come? The response has been overwhelming."
Right now they offer four classes throughout each month but they're adding more. Classes like Moms & Money and a home purchasing class will be added to the roster soon.
