A memorial foundation has been set up to honor a 3-year-old boy killed in a crash in Delaware Park last year.
It was May 2015 when a car jumped the curb of the 198, hitting and killed Maksym Sugorovskiy, who was walking with his family along Ring Road.
The crash also left his 5-year-old sister seriously hurt.
The Sugorovskiy family has now created "Maksym's Giving Tree," which will act as an outreach program to school-aged children.
